How to Post a Task

- 6Review and Post: Check all details and publish your task

Once your task is posted, taskers will submit offers. Here's how to choose the right one:

How do I cancel a task?
You can cancel open tasks that haven't been accepted yet. For tasks in progress, communicate with the other party and both must agree to cancellation. Contact support if you need assistance with disputes.
I'm not receiving notifications
Check your notification settings in your profile. Make sure you've verified your email address. Check your spam folder if emails aren't arriving.

Free to post tasks. A small service fee is added to your payment to cover platform costs and payment processing.
For Taskers
A service fee is deducted from your earnings to maintain the platform and provide support services. The more tasks you complete, the lower your fee rate.

All transactions on WiroTask are conducted in XOF (West African CFA Franc).
We support Orange Money, MTN Mobile Money, and Moov Money across West Africa.
Tasks and payments can be made across ECOWAS member countries with automatic currency handling.
For certain task categories, cash payments may be arranged between clients and taskers, but must be reported through the platform for record-keeping.
Mobile money provider fees may apply. WiroTask clearly displays all fees before transaction confirmation.
