For Taskers: Excellence Standards

- Use a clear, professional profile photo
- Write a detailed bio highlighting skills and experience
- List all relevant skills honestly
- Add portfolio photos of your best work
- Keep availability calendar updated
- Request verification badges for credentials

- Only accept tasks you can complete well
- Arrive on time (or 5 minutes early)
- Dress appropriately for the task
- Bring necessary tools and supplies
- Protect client property (use drop cloths, shoe covers, etc.)
- Clean up thoroughly when finished
- Take before/after photos to showcase work
- Confirm completion with client before leaving

- Send a message 1 hour before arrival
- Call if running late (even 5 minutes)
- Update clients on progress for longer tasks

Safety Guidelines

- Use platform messaging to maintain records
- Don't share personal contact info until comfortable
For Clients:
- Verify Tasker identity when they arrive
- Secure valuables and sensitive documents
- Don't leave children alone with Taskers unless verified for childcare
- Be present or have a trusted person present during tasks
For Taskers:
- Verify address before arriving
- Don't enter homes where you feel uncomfortable
- Refuse tasks involving inappropriate requests
- Use proper safety equipment (gloves, masks, goggles)
- Know your limits - don't attempt dangerous tasks
Conflict Resolution
Step 1: Direct Communication
Most issues can be resolved through respectful conversation:
- Stay calm and professional
- Focus on the issue, not the person
- Listen actively to understand their perspective
- Propose fair solutions
- Document agreements in writing

If direct communication fails:

- Provide objective facts and evidence
- Respond promptly to support team inquiries
- Accept mediated solutions in good faith

- Leave reviews within 48 hours while details are fresh
- Be honest but fair - focus on facts, not emotions
- Acknowledge good work - positive reviews help great Taskers
- Be constructive - explain issues to help others improve
- Don't weaponize reviews - no revenge ratings over disputes
- Don't trade reviews - all reviews must be for actual work

- Fast response time (< 2 hours average)
